Sacred Return , Bali 2027
17th April - 22nd April | 5 nights, 6 days
A Sacred Return is more than a retreat — it is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and remember the rhythm beneath it all.
Rooted in the practices of yoga, breath, ritual, movement, mantra, stillness, and connection, this experience is designed to guide you back to yourself — back to the body, back to presence, back to what truly matters.
Held amongst the beauty and devotion of Bali, these days are intentionally woven to nourish your nervous system, awaken your senses, soften the layers of constant doing, and create space for deep reconnection.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to the parts of yourself that have always been there.
A return to presence.
A return to truth.
A sacred return to self.
❋ Designed with IntentionEach day is intentionally woven to balance guided practice, meaningful connection, spaciousness, and rest — creating an experience that feels both deeply supportive and beautifully fluid.
❋ Honouring the Spirit of BaliRooted in the wisdom of yogic philosophy and Hindu mythology, this retreat is gently interwoven with the spirit and traditions of Bali. Through collaboration with local Balinese healers, priests, and ceremonial practices, we honour the devotion, presence, and sacred rituals that are deeply woven into everyday life on the island — allowing the culture itself to become part of the experience and the journey of return.
❋ Facilitated with Depth & IntentionAli’s approach to facilitation weaves together yoga, breathwork, mantra, movement, philosophy, ritual, and embodied awareness to create experiences that are both grounding and deeply transformative. With a strong focus on presence, nervous system connection, and authentic human experience, she creates spaces that feel warm, supportive, intimate, and intentionally held — inviting each person to soften, reconnect, and explore their own journey in a way that feels genuine and deeply personal.
❋ A Supportive & Held SpaceThese retreats are created with deep care, presence, and respect for each individual experience. The space is designed to help you feel safe to arrive exactly as you are — to soften, explore, connect, and fully immerse yourself in the journey without pressure, expectation, or performance.

A Celebration of Food & Connection
Food is a deeply woven part of the retreat experience at Solana.
Each meal is thoughtfully curated by Leo and the incredible Solana team using fresh local produce, vibrant ingredients, and bold nourishing flavours that celebrate the essence of Bali. Entirely vegetarian, the menu is designed to feel both grounding and abundant — supporting the body while creating moments of connection, pleasure, and presence throughout the day.
Food has always been something I care deeply about. I genuinely love the experience of beautiful food, and I see nourishment as such an important part of the healing journey — not just physically, but energetically and emotionally too. The way we feed ourselves matters. It is part of how we honour the body, support the nervous system, and treat ourselves with care.
Beautifully prepared and presented with such intention, every meal becomes part of the ritual itself — a true reflection of the warmth, devotion, and hospitality that make Solana so special.
